Survey respondents acknowledge and agree that any and all survey results may be provided, to the extent set forth in this Privacy Policy, to their employer, included in public research, and described in private or public forums, and respondents (or their agents or representatives) will not, under any circumstances, seek to hold obsv.ai liable for any harm, loss or damages arising from the same.

Updating Personal Information. We offer several ways for users to update their contact information within our database.

By using this website, or otherwise engaging with obsv.ai, users represent and warrant to obsv.ai that they are over the age of thirteen (13).
